Cancellation policy
Oatkick subscriptions are designed to make fresh oatmeal part of your routine.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the subscription plan you choose. Your subscription will remain active until it is paused or cancelled.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account. Depending on your needs, you can:
- pause your subscription,
- reactivate your subscription,
- update products and quantities,
- update your delivery address,
- cancel your subscription.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to products, quantities, delivery details, pauses, or cancellations must be made no later than 11:59 PM on the day before the next scheduled delivery.
Changes submitted before this deadline will apply to the upcoming delivery. Changes submitted after this deadline may not take effect until the following scheduled delivery.
Freshly Prepared Products
Because our products are freshly prepared and delivered as perishable food items, orders that have already entered the preparation and delivery process cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled.
Refunds and complaints relating to delivered products are governed by our Refund Policy.
