REFUND POLICY
At Oatkick, we take great care to ensure every order arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, they cannot be returned after delivery. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or incomplete product, or if your order was not delivered as confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible at eshop@oatkick.sk.
To help us assess the issue, we may ask you to provide:
- your order number,
- a brief description of the issue,
- photographs of the product or packaging, where applicable.
We may not be able to assess claims reported significantly after delivery or claims that cannot be reasonably verified.
Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available at the specified delivery address and contact phone number at the time of delivery.
Because our products are freshly prepared for a specific delivery date and are perishable by nature, we are unable to redeliver orders on a different day or store products for later delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect delivery information, customer unavailability, or the customer not responding to reasonable contact attempts, the order will generally not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
If a claim is approved, we will issue a refund using the original payment method where possible. In certain cases, an alternative refund method may be agreed with the customer.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or payment method.
